Shopping Information

What Shipping Methods Are Available?

Shipping costs and estimates are based on an average shipping distance and size and weight of item.  Because we ship breakable and specially packaged items we go through a crating company that packages and ships our pieces through FedEx or UPS so that they arrive safely.

How Long Will It Take To Get My Package?

You should expect your items to arrive within two weeks of placing your order. We bring packages to our local crating company once a week and it usually takes around one week to arrive to our farthest destinations in the 48 contiguous U.S.  

Do You Ship Internationally?

We currently do not ship internationally.

What Payment Methods Are Accepted?

We accept credit card payments via Square.

Is Buying On-Line Safe?

Paying by credit card ensures that you and your information are secure. Our site uses a security transaction program with our browser.  Also we do not store credit card information so it cannot be accessed from an outside party.  Since we accept our payments through Square your purchase is also protected through their transaction protections. Returns and Exchanges?

We accept returns and exchanges:

Contact us within: 14 days of delivery
Ship items back within: 30 days of delivery

We do not accept cancellations but please contact us if you have any problems with your order.

Conditions of return:
Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.
